Environmental Monitoring Platform Access Guide
Case 1: I am a Program Administrator and need to access my account
All Program Administrators already have an active account on the Environmental Monitoring Platform using the email address provided during the account setup process.
First Login Process
- Go to the Environmental Monitoring Platform: https://environmental-monitoring.groupcls.com/home/env
- Verify that you are using the email address originally associated with your account.
- As part of the platform security protocol, you must validate your email address.
- A verification email containing a secure link will be sent to you.
- Click the link to confirm your email address.
4. Once your email address has been verified, you can activate your account by setting your password.
- Select “Forgot Password” on the login page.
- Follow the instructions sent by email to create your password.
5. After completing these steps, you will be able to access the platform.
If your email address is no longer valid, please contact the CLS Support Team with the following information:
- Your full name
- Your organization
- Your previous email address (if known)
- Your new email address
- Your program number or contract number
The support team will update your account information and assist you with the verification process.
Case 2: I am a New User on the platform and need access to an existing account
If you are not a Program Administrator, access must be requested by the Program Administrator through the CLS Support Team.
Steps :
- Obtain approval from the Program Administrator responsible for the account.
- Program Administrators must contact the CLS Support Team to request access. Please make sure email is including the following information:
- Full name
- Organization
- Email address
- Program Number(s) and/or Contract Number(s) you need access to
3. Once the account is created, you will receive an email prompting you to verify your email address.
Click the verification link provided in the email
4. After verifying your email, select “forgot Password” on the login page to create your password and activate your account.
Optional: Access to specific devices only
If you need access to specific devices instead of the entire program, please specify:
- Device ID(s)
- Date of the data sharing
- Any specific access requirements
The support team will configure the appropriate permissions based on your request.
